Activities that will always keep you refreshed
As a human being, it is next to impossible to change what happens to you at a certain period. But up to 100% can you change how you experience things. You will be amazed when you realize that clearing your mind and feeling refreshed once again can be easier than you have ever imagined. Not to mention the fact that it only takes 10 minutes to get fully rejuvenated.
Research has shown that, the average number of windows an average worker opens in a computer within an hour is 47. The mind records and works on all the tasks on those windows. It will mean that some bits of a past task will clog the wheels of the next one a little. As this continues for a while, the person realizes they can no longer concentrate on the work. That is the point fatigue sets in.
To explain how fatigue results; consider the way the body reacts, which depends on brain’s instructions. Stress makes the brain signal a ‘fight’ to counter it. This causes a lot of unnecessary strain as the brain tries to recover. Parts of body will even be signaled to sleep and biting pain will not miss on the brain.
The simple solution and one that may seem too good to be true is: doing nothing. You have to focus just on the present moment and try to offer no answer to what you experience at that time. Ignore the struggle to think. Just be fully relaxed and within 10 minutes, you will have completely ‘rebooted’ your brain.
